What size fedora do you wear?
59, according to the label. I guess that's the Australian measuring table.

Actually, I just went to check and I realized the size tag had worn off some time ago!!! I'm fairly certain it was a 59.

Re: An Actual Car or Truck

Cousi, That T-Bird looks like a sample of Mid Century awesome. The show looks pretty good too and it isn't just my pilot's respect for a really good mechanic that makes me say that. 8-) I usually don't want my mechanics undressed while examining my car, but sometimes there are exceptions. https://i...

Re: Post Yourself & Your Hat Here!

That's still your old one with the tall crown, yes? I think that hat stands out from the multitude of hats everyone else wore on the Indiana Jones boards; it had its own distinct look. :) I still have my own Akubra, going on about 16 years now. But it might be time to get a new one soon- my hat is c...

Re: The Atari 2600 Thread!

They grow up too fast! And some of my greatest memories of the time spent with me and my sons were playing video games! Regarding the Atari games, my daughter has played them a few times, but not too much. Kids these days have way more advanced games on their phones! She probably can't believe Dadd...

Post Yourself & Your Hat Here!

Let's use this thread to display our hats; I usually take mine on road trips and vacations. The Role-Playing Game Thread!

This thread is for those who engage in role-playing games. My personal favorite is Advanced Dungeons and Dragons, but anyone is free to post about whichever game they're into. You can post ideas, anecdotes from past games, useful links, whatever floats your boat. I'm going to post crazy stories from...

Re: The Atari 2600 Thread!

Although with the divorce I've been out of touch and didn't hear about that- I'm sorry. :o Ah, NOW I recognize him! And his sweet daughter who used to beat him up in their photo shoots! Good to see you both again! Maybe I should change my name, too. I don't think Bazooka Goof is taken.......

Re: The Demise of Facebook means the return Of The Electric Speakeasy

My FaceBook account is active, but I stopped checking it. I'm just burned out on it. I actually set it up for deletion, but changed my mind simply because there's a tiny handful of people that I need to stay in touch with there. (They're hard to get a hold of elsewhere.)

Re: Solo: A Star Wars Story

On a side note, I watched this with my daughter, who liked it. She did not want to see Rogue One, which although I did like it, found it way too serious for my taste and won't bother owning it on Blu-Ray. Waitasecond - it was too serious for you ? Say it ain't so! I should clarify- Rogue One was to...

Re: The Atari 2600 Thread!

Curse you for getting older Baz! I call you Baz because that's how I'll always think of you. Anyway this place is local to me: Flynn's Retrocade . I took my son there a few weeks back and we had a blast. All the old games; Asteroids, Pac-Man, Star Wars (the line art one), Tempest, Dig-Dug, Joust an...
