N11Pilot nailed it!
(Aerodillo, it might not have made an impressive spectacle; it was a pretty small spill.)

Depending on the chemical...it doesn't take much.

In the interest of full disclosure, having been the proud owner of many crappy, short lived cars in my youth I have accidentally created just such abstract "Masterpieces". Many in the driveway of my long suffering father.Herb Roflcopter wrote: ↑Mon Dec 24, 2018 1:06 amN11Pilot nailed it!

On a side note, no more pics like this anymore- they let me go at my new position for "being too old to learn new things."

I like the steel stock. Sorry to hear about the job, man. That truly sucks.

These things happen. I'm trying to be philosophical about it, and listing the good things about not working there. For starters, no more 50+ hour work weeks, no getting contradictory instructions from multiple co-workers (which presumably led to my early dismissal, as it wasn't my attitude or my work ethic) and no more paychecks bouncing every few weeks.
My wife's currently working for Sears, and desperately trying to escape. If she lands a better job soon, we'll be okay, financially speaking.

Herb, I don't think that you lost a job as much as you have escaped a bad employment situation. I wish you good fortune and know that it will work out.

Re: The Abstract Photo Thread!
Now that you mention it, it may have very well been a financial situation and not my own incompetence; I received a statement from my bank informing me that my most recent paycheck bounced. I have another check they sent me that they told me not to cash until they let me know there was enough money, and I'm still waiting for my final check to arrive in the mail.
I may get denied unemployment benefits because I was fired, but if they had told me I had to go because there was no money, it' would have made my filing go more smoothly.
Oh, well- I wasn't an enormous fan of working 50+ hours a week, anyway.

This seems familiar and alien at the same time. Theater entrance, I'm wildly guessing.
