I'm going to go with Dillo's idea of a footprint in wet cement. Ahem, in the interest of full disclosure I have actually been that "One guy" once.

I've been "that one guy" more often than I care to admit. In my defense, not always on purpose.

I'm going with mud though; the edges are too soft for it to be concrete. I'm probably wrong though. Baz likes throwing curves (like no creme brule).

Dillo nailed it with the cement guess, although it wasn't wet. It had been there for awhile, and the rain had filled it in.
