Nah, I got you.
A proper CCH finish looks like an oil slick in dirty water.

You're gonna need a bigger boat, and I've only got the one couch...guess you can fight over who sleeps the army cot.

Wait, first things first. We can address accommodations later. If there is a thrashing in the offing I think we should just use the machine. I'm pretty sure I saw a thrashing machine for sale on Ebay. Or was that threshing? Well, either way.

Oh yes! That should do nicely.

This seems like an almost perverse version of "go pick a switch".

...we're a long way from box stock now.
I'm uncertain whether this one rates a standalone post. Probably ought to be in this thread either way.

Damn Dillo, that is one beautiful piece of iron there!

You know, I'd be interested in seeing a 'progress' series for one of these projects. I.e. what it started like, pics of work in progress followed by the final product. I love seeing a craftsman at work.

'Craftsman' is debatable. I consider myself a very gifted raccoon.
Actually, I keep meaning to get before/after and in-progress pictures, but my ancient cell phone is incapable of taking anything larger than a postage stamp. I may eventually spring for a cheap camera that I can leave at the shop.

Range day with Felina. Five or six rounds slow to see where we're hitting, then dump the rest. Because BAR.
