It's getting a bit beat up and nearing retirement, but I'm going to see how much more I can get out of it (especially since I'm out of work right now and can't afford a new one.)

Here's something from a few years back:

When you said,"Getting beat up and near retirement" I took it personally then I realized that you meant your hat. :)

I think that lid has a few more really good adventures in it. That climbing wall looks like fun!

Whew! I thought I had unintentionally insulted you, glad I didn't! :)

To be honest, I didn't get to the top- I got about halfway and slipped- at which point the safety cable gently lowered me down.

So it WAS intentional!

That is better than a lot of people do at climbing walls. There is one at the local Bass pro Shop and before Christmas you could see panicked would be climbers hanging on it like complaining ornaments waiting for help. It was fun to watch. :)

Thanks! :)

It was actually raining heavily when we were there; we had partial cover from the trees, and bringing an extra umbrella didn't hurt. It was a scenic place, indeed. :)

Great lid and excellent photographic effect. Too bad they made you get rid of the flickering torch. :)
