That's still your old one with the tall crown, yes? I think that hat stands out from the multitude of hats everyone else wore on the Indiana Jones boards; it had its own distinct look.

I still have my own Akubra, going on about 16 years now. But it might be time to get a new one soon- my hat is cracking at the crease, and there are discolorations around the brim near the band.

(I believe my not picking the hat up by the pinch has led to its extended lifetime; I've seen too many people do that exact same thing and it pains me so.)

59, according to the label. I guess that's the Australian measuring table.

Actually, I just went to check and I realized the size tag had worn off some time ago!!! I'm fairly certain it was a 59.

That furnace looks like a brick-and-mortar version of a treehouse. Why build something like that on top of a chimney?

Nice hat though. I'm gonna have to chase up a picture of my Penman. This is an old pic of Elaine wearing my daily wear; a cheap 'country gentleman' that normally has a hawk feather sent by my daughter the falconer.
